The group debuted last year under Cube Entertainment and released a mini-album titled Beast Is The B2ST in October.

Just before their debut, BEAST (and acronym for Boys of the East Standing Tall) was known as B2ST (Boys to Search for Top). The talented young group has also caught the eye of those in the Korean music and broadcasting industry as it is said to be the brainchild of Simon Hong, the man responsible for developing Rain, Wondergirls and 4Minute as pop stars representing South Korea.

Pre-sales of the BEAST’s Shock Of The New Era repackaged album (launched on June 8in Malaysia) exceeded 1,000 units on the first day. The overwhelming response led Universal Music Malaysia to book a bigger showcase venue, KL Live Centre. The repackaged album worth RM120 includes one special edition CD, one free concert admission ticket and a limited edition BEAST T-shirt.

BEAST’s exclusive showcase in Malaysia takes place at KL Live, 1st Floor, Life Centre, 20 Jalan Sultan Ismail, in Kuala Lumpur this Saturday at 7pm.
